Autumn Ferns Shenandoah NP - HDR

Location: Shenandoah National Park, VA. Located around mile marker 51, about 8 miles south of Skyland Resort.

Equipment: EOS 5D Mark II, 24-105mm lens. Taken at f/9 for 1/85 seconds, with bracket of about 1 stop each way. ISO 1600

Notes: It was so foggy that day that we decided to stay off the road. We went to lunch at Skyland Resort and this was 20 feet from the edge of the parking lot. In retrospect, we could have had lunch on the deck and I could have shot this with a telephoto. Hike 20 feet, elevation gain/loss 6 inches.
